On the afternoon of November 5, the HarmonyOS Office Industry Summit was held in Wuhan. Huawei's first desktop computer Qingyun HM650 pre-installed with its self-developed operating system was officially launched for large-scale sales across the market. This product had previously debuted on Huawei's official website and at the 2026 Huawei Connect conference, with its core positioning being commercial scenarios such as government and enterprise, finance, and energy, emphasizing full-stack independent controllability from chips to operating systems.
At the hardware level, the HM650 is equipped with the self-developed Kirin X90 processor, with a 10-core 20-thread architecture, integrated Maliang 910 GPU, and Huawei's self-developed dual-layer cooling architecture, enabling stable performance output during long-duration high-load operation. Through coordinated scheduling of software, hardware, chips, and the cloud, the company claims it can meet daily comprehensive office needs while also supporting heavy-load tasks such as engineering design, simulation modeling, and software programming.
Both the Kirin X90 and HarmonyOS Professional Edition operating system have passed Security and Reliability Level II certification. The product is also split into HM650 and HM650G versions for enterprise and government customers. This model is mainly targeted at commercial scenarios such as government and enterprise, finance, and energy, with the core feature being full-stack independent controllability from chips to operating systems, and a domestic component rate of 100%.
